ê 3-4 Weeks before the party ê
Always try to book as early as you can to avoid disappointment, but if possible 3-4 weeks (minimum) before the party.
If you do decide on a last minute party then give us a call since we may have some late availability.
Choose your date, time and venue for your party. It’s a good idea to have some alternative times.
Decide on the theme of your party if you choose to have one.
Ring ‘Kool 4 Kids’ to confirm your chosen Party Option and our availability.
Normally we do not require a deposit up front. The full amount will be due on the day of the party.
Our parties last for approx. 2 hours. Allow 3½ hours in total to include 1 hour set up beforehand and 30 minutes to break down at the end.
‘Kool 4 Kids’ will send you a simple one page contract to give you peace of mind confirming we will be at your party.
Plan your food and drink. Don’t forget those mums and dads who might stay to help at the party; you may need extra tableware for them !
We will not need the help of your guests to entertain the children but the party hosts should ideally be present to supervise.
We shall then look forward to seeing you on the day.
ê 2-3 Weeks before the party ê
Create your Invitation List to send out.
Ask your guests to R.S.V.P and maybe include your telephone number as your guests may decide to call your rather than write.
Keep a list by the phone and tick their names as they call you !
Order your other party items, i.e party bags, balloons, etc.
ê 1 Week before the party ê
Time to think about a cake and the candles if the party is for a birthday celebration
Buy such food items as you see fit such as sausage rolls and other snacks, fun chocolate biscuits etc.
ê 2 Days before the party ê
Buy any remaining fresh food and drinks, decorations etc.
Make sure you have your camera or camcorder to hand with fresh batteries
Normally we will contact you the day before the party to confirm instructions for the day. |
